We’re a small business based in Columbus, Ohio, dedicated to creating premium gluten-free flour blends. Our blends are produced in small batches from carefully sourced ingredients.
Our mission is simple: to make great gluten-free baking easier and more accessible—without compromises or settling for “good enough for gluten-free.”

Our products are produced in our gluten-free facility and are tested to ensure that they meet or exceed FDA standards for gluten-free foods (less than 20 ppm gluten content).
My gluten-free journey began nearly a decade ago, after a family member’s diagnosis with celiac disease—and eventually my own diagnosis with the same. With a background in engineering and a lifelong love of baking and food science, I began experimenting with ingredients, tools, and methods in search of what gluten-free baking could truly be at its best.
Discovering gluten-free wheat starch, commonly found in parts of Europe but relatively less common in the U.S., was a turning point. The results were unlike anything I’d experienced before—and I wanted to make that experience more available to other bakers here. After several years of testing and refining, Reclamation Baking Supply Co. was born in 2024, with a mission to offer dependable, high-quality gluten-free flour blends that help bakers achieve consistently great results.
