About Us

We’re a small business specializing in hand-crafted, premium gluten-free flour blends that use gluten-free wheat starch to recreate the authentic taste and texture of traditional baked goods, just without the gluten. We’re passionate about finding the best that gluten-free baking has to offer, and sharing that through our flours, recipes, and experience. Inspired by the heritage and traditions of baking, we’re dedicated to recapturing the classics just as you remember them. No grittiness, off-flavors, or settling for “good enough for gluten-free”.

Each of our flour blends is carefully crafted for a specific type of baked good, often refined over years of testing. By creating individual blends, we can ensure consistent, delicious results every time with a simple 1:1 substitution in your favorite recipes—no adjustments needed. We won’t settle for empty “all-purpose” promises that lead to mediocre results. We launched with our cake and cookie flour blends to address the largest gaps in the gluten-free wheat starch market for US bakers, but our goal is to create blends that unlock the full range of classic baking, with new blends already under development.

All of our products are produced in our dedicated gluten-free facility in Columbus, Ohio, and are rigorously tested to ensure that they meet or exceed FDA standards for gluten-free foods.

I’ve been baking gluten-free for nearly a decade after a family member’s diagnosis with celiac disease, and my own eventual diagnosis with the same condition. A background in engineering and a love of food and baking science led me to tinker with all sorts of ingredients, tools, and methods, in search of the best that gluten-free baking could be.

After discovering gluten-free wheat starch and its popularity in European countries, I was blown away at the results this powerful ingredient could deliver to gluten-free baking. However, it was largely unavailable in the United States, and the process to import small quantities was complicated and arduous. Developing and refining our first flour blends took nearly two years, after which I decided to start Reclamation Baking Supply Co to help make this ingredient more accessible, and to make better gluten-free baking easy and approachable.
