— How to Use —

Substitute 1:1 by weight or volume into any cookie, brownie, or bar recipe designed for traditional all-purpose flour (we recommend always weighing your ingredients for the best baking results).

— Baking Tip —

For cutout cookie doughs, roll between two sheets of parchment paper then freeze the dough until firm (about 15 minutes) before cutting out the cookies. This makes the cookies easier to cut and transfer to the baking sheet.

Superior to All Other GF Flour

I was diagnosed with celiac 16 years ago, and all this time searching for a GF flour to bake with like I used to bake with. A flour that didn’t stick to my hands while baking with, as well as my teeth while eating….This Is It!! It has put joy back in my baking!
